Vendor Plan Terms and Conditions for Next Glob Ltd

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Next Glob Ltd (the "Company") and its vendors (the "Vendor"). By entering into this agreement, the Vendor agrees to comply with all terms set forth herein.

2. Scope of Services

The Vendor shall provide goods and/or services as specified in individual purchase orders or contracts. All products/services must meet the quality standards set by the Company.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing will be outlined in purchase orders.
Payment will be made within 5 (Five) days of receipt of invoice.
All prices are exclusive of taxes, which will be added where applicable.

4. Delivery and Performance

The Vendor agrees to deliver goods/services on or before the agreed-upon delivery date. Any delays must be communicated to the Company as soon as possible.

5. Quality Assurance

The Vendor must ensure that all goods/services meet the quality standards specified by the Company. The Company reserves the right to inspect and reject any goods/services that do not meet these standards.

6. Confidentiality

The Vendor agrees to keep all proprietary information related to the Company confidential and shall not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

7. Indemnification

The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the Vendor's performance under this agreement.

8. Termination

The Company may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason with [insert number] days' notice to the Vendor.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda.

10. Amendments

Any amendments to these terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

11. Acceptance
